Described as “technically flawless and impeccably musical” (International Piano), 23-year-old Ukrainian pianist, Illia Ovcharenko, has taken the piano world by storm, winning multiple awards, including the prestigious Honens International Piano Competition. Illia was 6 when he decided to be a pianist and had given his first concert by the age of 12. Today he’s a celebrated virtuoso playing concerts all over the world: performing with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, Liechtenstein Symphony, and Haifa Symphony, as well as repeat engagements with the Calgary Philharmonic.
