An Introduction to Coaching and Hypnotherapy

A relaxed and informative half-day session in the heart of King’s Lynn

Have you ever wondered how coaching and hypnotherapy actually work, or whether they might help you? This friendly introductory session is your chance to find out, with no prior knowledge needed and no pressure at any point.

Over the course of the morning I will explain what coaching and hypnotherapy are, clear up some of the common myths around them and show you how they can be used to build confidence, manage stress, change unhelpful habits or work towards personal goals. It is designed for anyone who is simply curious, as well as those who are thinking about the work more seriously.

What the session covers

  • What coaching is, and how it differs from therapy and advice
  • What hypnotherapy really involves, and what it does not
  • The kinds of issues these approaches can help with
  • A gentle, practical demonstration you can experience for yourself
  • Time for your questions in a comfortable, informal setting

Everyone is welcome. Whether you are considering coaching or hypnotherapy for yourself, exploring a possible career in the field or just interested to learn more, you will find the session approachable and easy to follow.
